1. What methods of payment do you accept?
The following major credit and debit cards are accepted as on-line payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Switch, Delta and Visa Electron.  Unfortunately we cannot accept cash or cheques with our secure on-line purchasing system.  If you would like to pay by cash or cheque, please email the jewellery collection at sales@thejewellerycollection.co.uk    
2. How long will delivery take?
The majority of our orders are handmade to order, therefore please allow upto 4 weeks for delivery  Should you have any queries regards the delivery of your order, please email the jewellery collection at sales@thejewellerycollection.co.uk  
3. How much is the delivery charge?
Our standard delivery charge to anywhere inside the UK is £6.00.  If you would like for your order to ship outside of the UK, please email the jewellery collection at sales@thejewellerycollection.co.uk for a quotation
4. How do I get my receipt?
 
Your receipt will be sent to you with your goods.  You should keep your receipt safe as you will need it in the unlikely event of a fault with your purchase.
5. Will all of the items on my order be delivered together?
 
Yes, however should we have any issue in hand-making your order, we will keep you informed and may agree to send any other completed items on your order separately.
7. Do I need a PayPal account to pay for my order?
No. Simply complete the required details throughout the order process.
8. Is it secure to give my personal details over the internet?
Throughout our on-line ordering process, we use industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of your personal details such as your name, address, and credit card details.
6. Is it secure to give my credit card details over the internet?
This website uses PayPal to process the online payments.  PayPal (Europe) Ltd. is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the United Kingdom as an electronic money institution. PayPal uses standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of your payment details.  This provides a secure connection between you and us that cannot be read in the unlikely event of someone intercepting it.
9. What is your policy on returns?
You can cancel your purchase at any time upto 7 days following the day the goods were delivered.  To do this you must firstly contact us by emailing sales@thejewellerycollection.co.uk with your reason for refund/exchange,  Your product must be in new condition and and must not have been used.  The product should be returned complete in the original packaging with your proof of purchase. Please note: Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
